Each apartment complex has fully accessible handicapped units (except Elim Housing). The number of these units per complex is based upon the total number of apartments in the complex.

How Do I Get An Application?
You can call, fax, mail or e-mail us your name, address and phone number and which complex (s) you are interested in.
How Much Is Rent?
Except at Meadowbrook Park, Harmony Hills and Crosshill Housing, rent is based on 30% of your gross monthly income, with adjustments being:

  1.  $480 deduction/ child under 18 years old (unless full time student).
  2. Child care expenses that enable parent to work.
  3. If head of household is 62 or disabled, there is a $400 deduction per household.
  4. If number three applies, the following are deductions:

a. prescription costs not reimbursable by medical insurance
b. health insurance premiums
c. outstanding medical bill that regular payments are being applied to

* all medical deductions are amounts over 3% gross income
* a security deposit is required

Is There Any Limit On Assets?
No.

Approximately 650 square feet, except for Elim Housing, Crane Street Court, Heatherwood Apartments, Meadowbrook Park, Newfound Meadows, Pleasantbrook and Crosshill Housing.

A message from SK

Our Senior Housing is clean, quiet, affordable housing for those 62 or older or disabled (regardless of age). Heat and hot water is included in the rent at most of our complexes. These fully applianced one bedroom units have an open concept kitchen, living room/dining room combination and large bedroom with a 5’ x 12’ walk-in closet. Smoke and heat detectors, as well as a sprinkler system, are in most apartments.

These intercom equipped security buildings have on-site laundry facilities and beautiful, spacious community rooms for the tenants’ use and enjoyment. Trash removal and snow plowing are also included.

Each apartment complex has fully accessible handicapped units. The number of these units per complex is based upon the total number of apartments in the complex.
