- Child care expenses that enable parent to work.
- If head of household is 62 or disabled, there is a $400 deduction per household.
- If number three applies, the following are deductions:
a. prescription costs not reimbursable by medical insurance
b. health insurance premiums
c. outstanding medical bill that regular payments are being applied to
* all medical deductions are amounts over 3% gross income
* a security deposit is required

Our Senior Housing is clean, quiet, affordable housing for those 62 or older or disabled (regardless of age). Heat and hot water is included in the rent at most of our complexes. These fully applianced one bedroom units have an open concept kitchen, living room/dining room combination and large bedroom with a 5’ x 12’ walk-in closet. Smoke and heat detectors, as well as a sprinkler system, are in most apartments.
These intercom equipped security buildings have on-site laundry facilities and beautiful, spacious community rooms for the tenants’ use and enjoyment. Trash removal and snow plowing are also included.
