created this site to quickly help people privately determine
if they
qualify for any of our fine affordable communities.
When you review each of our communities, you can
click on our "Am I Eligible" calculator and see if
you qualify. You can then easily email us to request
an application. You can also click to get directions
to the community.
SK Management Company was founded in
1988 to manage the rental units developed by the
SK organization. At the present time SK Management
manages 37 complexes – a
total of 1,156 units in five state; Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont,
and Rhode Island. These complexes are both family
and elderly projects. SK Management is responsible
for all areas of rental
management including
annual recertification and day-to-day operation of
the complexes.
Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing. We hope
